Research Interests
Wai-ling is interested in Human-Computer Interaction, particularly in the process of designing appropriate software to solve real world problems. Issues that keep her up at night include the technological support of educational project assessment, assistive technology for the deaf, data mining e-mail and the design of technology courses to serve both pedagogical needs and community needs simultaneously.
