Context Fabric

Infrastructure Support for Context-Awareness

Modern computer systems impose severe limitations on who can use computers and where they are used. Context-aware computing seeks to overcome these limitations by providing tighter ties between the physical and social worlds we live in and the virtual world in which computers operate. The Context Fabric focuses on service infrastructure support for context-awareness, to greatly simplify the task of creating and maintaining context-aware applications.
